Dedicated Support Team

Our team of educational and technical experts is available Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. ET to 6 p.m. ET to answer questions from our customers and provide assistance with resolving connectivity issues. Each annual license contract comes with unlimited support for the duration of the term.  As part of our free “school startup” service, we import class lists to enroll students in the program.

The BrightFish Teacher Resource Center provides 24/7 access to videos, how-to articles, tip sheets and guides for getting the most from BrightFish Learning online programs. Access it right from your online Teacher Dashboard.

Professional Development Programs

Helping teachers to successfully integrate BrightFish Reading into their classroom instructional programs is key to getting results. Educators can choose from onsite school and district training packages or convenient web-based options.
