Please run the following checklist items on a student workstation to ensure your students can access BrightFish Learning.
Step 1: Make sure you are running the latest version of your browser. We officially support the following browsers:
• Chrome (latest) – recommended browser
• Microsoft Edge (latest). Please note that Internet Explorer 11 or below is NOT supported.
• Safari 13 (latest)
• FireFox (latest)
• Silk browser for Amazon Fire HD
JavaScript and Cookies ARE required.
Flash IS NOT required. Java IS NOT required.
The minimum resolution for your computer screen should be 1024 x 768 (landscape mode for tablets).

You will see a message similar to the sample shown below.
Step 2: Test your website speed. Your download speed should be at least 10Mbps for optimal performance.

If the speed test fails, the website may be blocked by a firewall. If this is the case, try running the speed test from Google:

Step 3: Ensure your school can access multimedia files. Can you play the video below? Your firewall or computer must be able to access vimeo.com or brightfishreading.com for this to work.
Option A: Run videos directly from Vimeo:
